This paper concludes my studies at the GSOM (Graduate School of Management) of the Politecnico di Milano, where I completed the Executive Master in Management (EMIM) with a specialization in Digital Transformation.
In the first part, I will explore the technological tools that form the foundation of the concept of the Metaverse, as we understand it at Metagate. Then, I will illustrate how these tools are being integrated into various platforms and the market. In the second part, I will analyze the reasons why I chose Over the Reality's metaverse as the reference platform. Finally, I will describe the validation processes and the setup of Metagate Srl, the startup I founded in August 2022, which is the result of this journey, through which I am developing projects in the Metaverse.
