DESCRIPTION

Creating an app in MR has never been so easy!

What you need is:

  • A Google account
  • The links to your 2D and 3D assets
  • A Meta Quest 3, 3s, or Pro

How it works:

  1. Upload your assets to a Google Drive folder
  2. Fill out the Google Sheet provided by Metagate
  3. Open the OpenGateXR application on headset
  4. Interact with your assets in Mixed Reality!

Supported formats:

  • Images: png, jpg
  • Videos: mp4
  • 3D: glb, fbx

How can I get Open Gate XR?

Write to the Metagate team to enable the basic version of the app on your headset or to customize it to your needs

Can I connect my Drive to the app?

Yes, it is possible to connect your Drive to the application to upload your files.

Can I import any 3D asset?

Tendentially yes, but be careful that with too heavy assets it could lag the app or fail to load the asset connection.
