With thand Turingfunds on the occasion of the NFT Fest in Lugano 2023, an interesting collaboration was born in which we had the opportunity to meet a true enthusiast of Bitcoin besides art NFT (on Ethereum).
Since the theme assigned for this edition was related to the Ordinals we had the opportunity to explore this topic in depth in order to represent it at its best in Augmented Reality.
Thus the idea was born to start from an OBM, one of the most representative pieces of the collection. Given the static nature of the image due to the limited (and expensive) space on the blockchain, it seemed interesting to bring it to life. We therefore animated both the context and the image itself, allowing it to rotate its bright gaze and greet with the slang "GM, GM!!"
A particularity of the narrative related to this collection is that the OBM express themselves in binary code. This has given us the opportunity to validate another use case that as Metagate we are adding to all our lands on Sopra la Realtà; we are talking about language management. In this case, taking inspiration from this particular aspect of the OBM, we created an avatar that explains the entire land and we made sure it could express itself in 5 languages including Morse code in order to respect the speech of the OBM!
